How to choose

Match the bottle to the coil rather than the other way round. Salt nicotine is intended for high-resistance coils in refillable pods running at low wattage; in a sub-ohm tank the same liquid becomes harsh very quickly. On flavour, the useful division is between the fruit and menthol mixes, which most people find easy to stay with through the day, and the custard, coffee and tobacco mixes, which are richer and tend to darken a coil faster, so expect to change it more often.
