Voopoo Argus G2 Pod System Kit 1000mAh
The Argus G2 is Voopoo's refillable pod kit for someone who wants more control than a disposable allows without stepping up to a full box mod. It runs a 1000mAh internal battery at 5–30W, takes the Argus Top Fill cartridge at 3.0ml, and covers everything from a tight mouth-to-lung draw to a restricted direct-lung one depending on which coil resistance you fit.
The pod resistances are where the buying decision sits. The 0.7ohm cartridge gives a tighter, cooler MTL draw and is the sensible pairing with high-strength salt nicotine; the 0.4ohm runs warmer and airier, suits a restricted direct-lung style, and gets through liquid noticeably faster, so it is better matched to lower nicotine strengths. Voopoo recommends e-liquid at 50mg or below across the range. Usefully, the G2 also accepts the older side-fill Argus pods in 1.2ohm and 0.7ohm, so anyone upgrading from an earlier Argus device is not left with a drawer of unusable cartridges.
The rest is convenience. Three power modes (Smart, Super and ECO) trade output against battery life, and three UI themes with animated displays are there if you want them and easy to ignore if you do not. The zinc alloy and polycarbonate body is heavier in the hand than a plastic pod kit, which some people read as solidity and others as bulk. At 121mm tall it is a pocket device rather than a discreet one.
