Blue on Ice is the cooled version of Anarchist's blue raspberry slush. The fruit is the same confectionery blue razz — sweet, faintly tart, unmistakably a frozen drink rather than a berry — with a cooling agent added so the chill carries through the exhale rather than stopping at the fruit.

Whether you want this or the plain Blue comes down to one question: do you want the cold to be a texture or a flavour? In the standard version the slush note is suggested by the thinness of the exhale. Here it is explicit, and the cooling lasts several seconds after the draw ends.
