The detail that matters most here is the pairing of a 500mAh battery with 12ml of liquid. On a device of this size the battery will need recharging several times before the liquid is used up, which is why it is rechargeable at all — but note that a USB cable is not supplied, so you will need your own. When the device stops lighting up on a puff and a charge does not revive it, or when the flavour has gone, it is finished.
