Smok RPM 2 Coils

Replacement coils for the SMOK RPM 2 range, fitting both the RPM 2 cartridge and the RPM 2 kit. Two heads are offered and they sit at opposite ends of the vaping spectrum, so choosing the right one matters more here than on most coil packs.

The DC 0.6ohm MTL head suits high-strength nicotine salts at modest wattage. It gives a tighter mouth-to-lung draw, keeps liquid consumption sensible and is the sane choice for anyone who has moved across from cigarettes. The Mesh 0.16ohm head is built for lower-strength, higher-VG liquids pushed harder, where the larger heating surface produces a warmer, more open restricted-lung draw and noticeably more vapour. The practical consequence is worth stating plainly: a 50mg salt through the mesh head will be unpleasantly harsh, and a 3mg shortfill through the 0.6ohm head will taste flat and underpowered. Match the coil to the bottle rather than to habit. Coils are consumables, and a head that has darkened or started to taste burnt should be replaced rather than pushed further, since a scorched wick will spoil the flavour of whatever you fill next. The RPM 2 coil family is also used by the SMOK Nord C kit, so a single pack can serve two devices if you own both.
